Return Policy for Innovention Lab, Inc.

You may return (at your expense) new, unused Internet Password Organizers (tm) sold and fulfilled by Innovention Lab, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a refund*. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received a defective item).

*NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Also, if you return any items from an order that received FREE Shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Shipping Policy for Innovention Lab, Inc.

We Ship only to U.S. addresses within the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Items ship within three business days. Products will be delivered within 3 - 9 business days* of leaving our warehouse.

P.O. Boxes (USPS Media Mail)(7-14 business days): Books may be shipped to the Continental United States via USPS Media Mail Service. You can expect delivery within 7-14 business days after leaving our warehouse.

* Alaska, and Hawaii (USPS Media Mail)(7-14 business days): Books may be shipped to Alaska, or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days after leaving our warehouse.

We reserve the right to ship using any method available via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other at our discretion.
